Foreign Language

Foreign language education goes beyond the spoken word. It allows you to explore cultures, literature and history from a new perspective. Choose concentrations in French, German or Spanish.

Graduate Degrees

Offered in partnership between our College of Education and the Department of Languages, Literatures and Cultures in the College of Arts and Sciences, the M.A.T. in foreign languages leads to initial teacher licensure/certification and includes full-time student teaching/internship in the Columbia metropolitan area.
